Service area: Pet Care Plus services Sparta, New Jersey, and the immediate surrounding area.

Scheduling: For your convenience, we recommend scheduling our services as far in advance as possible. Reservations for major holiday periods should be made no later than two weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Initial Interview: To ensure that service is carried out to meet your specifications and your pet’s needs to the best of our abilities, we conduct an in-home interview with all new clients prior to beginning our service.

Cancellation or Early Return: There is no fee for cancellation of services if you contact Pet Care Plus before we are en route to your house. Exception: Major Holidays (see below).

Major Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day. There is a $5 surcharge for visits scheduled on the day of these holidays. You will be charged for all visits canceled with less than 2 days notice during these holiday periods.

Availability: For your convenience Pet Care Plus is available year-round, in any weather, with very flexible hours. Dog walks will be shortened during periods of extreme heat or cold, for the well being of your dog.

Pet Taxi Service: Pet Care Plus will transport pets to your veterinarian or groomer for scheduled appointments. Except for medical emergencies, payment arrangements must be made in advance with the provider.
