Allow several days before your departure so we can schedule our introductory visit with you to meet your pets and pick up your key. |

Have your vaccination records and any other pertinent medical information handy when we come for our initial visit with you. Let us know where you keep any medications your pet(s) may need while you are away. |

Set your thermostat at a temperature that will be comfortable for your pets. Heat can cause serious medical complications for your pets. |

Leave your vet’s phone number and your emergency contact number, and, if applicable, the name and number of a neighbor. |

Tell us about any unusual habits that your pet may have, known allergies, favorite hiding places and any health problems we should watch for. |

Stock up enough pet food, kitty litter and other required supplies to last the entire time you are away, including paper towels and cleaning supplies for taking care of any messes. |

Leave leads and collars handy for walks. |

Inform neighbors that Pet Care Plus will be making visits to your home. |

If you have a security system, please provide an auxiliary code for the period of time we will be caring for your pets. |

Please let us know of anyone besides Pet Care Plus who has your permission to enter your home while you are away. |
